Our Team

Olga Golovchenko is an advocate and partner at the law firm "Sobranie" (Odesa, Ukraine), and the representative of the Ukrainian National Bar Association (UNBA) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. She provides legal advice and support to businesses, including relocation matters for companies and individuals, adaptation to Luxembourg's legal framework, and liaison with local government authorities and institutions.

Olga holds a higher legal education. From 1992 to 1997, she studied at the Faculty of Law of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University, after which she continued her studies at the National Law Academy of Odesa, obtaining a Master's degree in Law. She obtained her certificate entitling her to practice law in 1997.

Olga began her professional career in 1997 as an advocate. Since 2002, she has been the founder and partner of the law firm "Sobranie" in Odesa. Since 2022, she has been an advocate at OLEXIA Group S.A. in Luxembourg, providing legal support for the group's operations in road, rail and multimodal freight transport, as well as related logistics and management operations of the company.

Olga is a member of the Bar Council of the Odesa Region and a member of the Bar Council of Ukraine, representing the Odesa Region. From 2010 to 2023, she was a member of the executive committee of the Odesa City Council, overseeing interaction with judicial bodies and law enforcement authorities.

In September 2022, by order of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, Olga Golovchenko was appointed representative of the Ukrainian National Bar Association in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

She speaks Ukrainian and Russian (native languages), as well as French (level C1).
