Called to the bar and founder of Fedis Law, Maître Natalia Zuvak has developed a multidisciplinary practice focused on corporate law, labor law, civil and commercial litigation, as well as insolvency law and restructuring.
She advises at every stage of a company’s lifecycle: formation, governance, capital transactions, contractual relationships, management of social conflicts, collective redundancies, and reorganizations. She supports a diverse clientele in the strategic management of their legal challenges, both in advisory and litigation contexts. Her approach combines technical expertise, economic awareness, and great responsiveness.
Maître Zuvak is also active in collective proceedings, serving as counsel or court-appointed bankruptcy trustee. She is listed among the sworn experts of the Ministry of Justice, acting as both corporate conciliator and judicial officer.
Called to the Luxembourg Bar in 2017, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble), obtained in 2015 with honors.
She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Luxembourg Institute for Human Rights, the Luxembourg Association of Judicial Officers (ALMJ), and the International Bar Association (IBA).
Deeply invested in bar life, Maître Zuvak currently serves as Vice-President of the Young Bar Associate of Luxembourg ('Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg'), after having been a committee member from 2022 to 2024. She actively champions the training, representation, and promotion of young lawyers.
