Devoted employment lawyer, Natalia is the founding partner of Fedis Law. She advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Prior to founding Fedis Law, Natalia worked for well-respected international law firms in Luxembourg where she has obtained significant experience in employment law in various sectors and industries, such as financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals and other local and international clients.
Natalia also has experience in corporate law allowing her to cover various spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues directly and indirectly connected to employment law matters. She also advises clients on business restructuring and insolvency matters and is regularly appointed by the court as an insolvency practitioner.
Natalia was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2017 and became Avocat à la Cour in 2019. She holds a law degree in corporate law/tax law from UPMF Grenoble (2015). Natalia is a member of several associations such as the Luxembourg Institute for Human Rights; the Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
Natalia is a member of the Committee of the “Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg” since July 2022.
