Key people
Natalia Zuvak, avocat à la Cour
Founding Partner
Devoted employment lawyer, Natalia is the founding partner of Fedis Law. She advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Prior to founding Fedis Law, Natalia worked for well-respected international law firms in Luxembourg where she has obtained significant experience in employment law in various sectors and industries, such as financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals and other local and international clients.
Natalia also has experience in corporate law allowing her to cover various spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues directly and indirectly connected to employment law matters. She also advises clients on business restructuring and insolvency matters and is regularly appointed by the court as an insolvency practitioner.
Natalia was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2017 and became Avocat à la Cour in 2019. She holds a law degree in corporate law/tax law from UPMF Grenoble (2015). Natalia is a member of several associations such as the Luxembourg Institute for Human Rights; the Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
Natalia is a member of the Committee of the “Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg” since July 2022.

Nélitié Zingoua Kouadio, avocat à la Cour

Fedis Law expands in 2023 with the addition of Nélitié as a Partner in charge of the business and digital marketing departments.
Capital Markets
Paris - Nélitié brings nine years of experience in market finance, having previously worked as lawyer for the trading room of a prominent international financial institution in Paris. Her expertise mainly focussed on bond issuances covering financial products such as unsecured and secured debt, subordinated and tier one bonds.
Luxembourg - In Luxembourg, she worked as a listing officer to review of prospectuses and the listing of securities on the alternative market at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE). Nélitié assists you if you wish to list your securities on the Luxembourg bond market.
Regulatory
She worked as a senior advisor dealing with the development of the regulatory platform covering upcoming changes impacting the asset management sector linked to MiFID II, EMIR, UCITS V, AIFMD, CMU, RAIF, amongst other in a big four's regulatory and compliance department .
Funds and asset management
In 2019, she joined the PE- RE fund formation team of a Luxembourg magic circle and developed her skills for setting up investment schemes in Luxembourg, where the main fund qualifies as an AIF.
Milestones - She was part of the team structuring and setting up of a group of funds and GPs (including carry and SPV vehicles) for a global alternative investment firm with a closing occurring at its hard cap with €1.1 billion in total commitment and with target equity investments between €20 and €70 million in Europe-based companies. She assisted a leading real estate fund manager focusing on logistics and light industrial properties for the conversion of its fund from an unregulated to a regulated structure.
Corporate M&A
Milestone – Among other things, she helped successfully restructure a Luxembourg car rental start-up to open up its capital in order to accelerate its transition to zero emission mobility.
Digital Marketing
She advises influencers and brands in the field of digital marketing. Having developed her social media profile to 10,000 followers before joining the bar, she has an in-depth knowledge of this industry.
Nélitié was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019 and became Avocat à la Cour in 2021. She holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris V - Paris Descartes (2001), specialising in accounting and financial techniques.
